CSR's need to get their act together. I'm sick and tired of being told a load of BS everytime I call. One minute you have to Pay $299 for equipment the next its FREE. One minute we have HD the next we don't. Bottom line D* customer service SUCKS.

Exactly did not have to subscribe. Ended up with free HD DVR, 12 months free HD, HBO for 6 months for $2, and Showtime free for 6 months!! Heck of a REP!! Also had a friend call. He ended up with HD DVD and waived shipping. Free HBO and Starz for 6 months. just depends on the rep!!
