mine does that often as i am connected to my hopper through a wireless router. I have to reset the hopper and re log into my router in order to get Joey working again.

I never watch TWC since my locals are more faster at reporting whats going on plus I have local weather radar on computer, laptop,tablets, my weather radio and police scanner, no need for TWC.

This has been going on for two weeks now. If I could go to the Eastern Arc I would try that but not possible.

here in south central Nebraska we have had tremendous wind storms and severe weather. some winds even bending the dish reflectors. I have been on many service calls for these. very possible dish bent slightly out of shape. I even have found perfectly good looking LNB'S filled with water.

all my timers start at 0 early and 5 minutes late and still getting a lot of recording cut short. hopper/2 joeys.

that's the reason I tell people to go with local retailer. most will call the day or two before, set up a time and most likely show up near the set time. retailers are not as rushed as dish installers and are better at showing up on time. I am never more than 1 hour late and most of the time...

They are saying Dish Cut retailer payments for installing Hoppers and Joeys. One of the most involved install in my opinion.

I had the sat finder app on my phone but had to reset my phone back to factory settings and lost all my apps. I went to the app store and redownloaded it but it does not work? am I going to have to pay the 19.00 again to get it back? Never mind figured it out.
