    I got the call too. I just chatted in and verified the phone # and they automatically told me why they called and sending me a sling adapter free 2nd day UPS. Awesome of them to do that.

    EXACTLY MY ISSUE too.. I have a Slingbox HD PRO and it always worked with the previous versions of the app, and now it asks if I would like to receive information on how to view live TV .. Uhh, no -- It USED to work.

    My problem is I have a stand alone slingbox device, and is not the adapter for dish -- With this update, it now tells me "I can enjoy watching live TV" if I order the sling box adapter.. Uhh..     EPIX1 (Ch. 380) on Western Arc screen flashing...

    Anyone else able to verify if EPIX1 on the WA is flashing on and off during movies?? It's very annoying.. the screen has been constantly going black quickly and multiple times (audio continues). Don't know how to report such a problem to dish technical support, so thought I'd post it here first...

    Not really -- doesn't the check switch just show the LNB installed? It could be a 1000.4 dish with the 1k.2 lnb, or does the 1000.4 have a different WA lnb?

    The point is -- I do not own the equipment at the end of the 2 years. I've already had 2 receivers on my account previously. It's all good though, if they don't work with me, I've got a plan, and I will be satisfied with it.
