Is voom broadcasting in 1080i or 720p? I bring up this issue since I notice a slight difference in PQ between HDnews and Worldsport/Rave/Equator. Also, today I noticed that Ultra's show "Haute Couture" is transmitted, according to the program guide, in 1080i.

Last night my voom box froze while changing channels. I wasn't able to turn it off through my remote so the only choice I had was to unplug it from the wall. Press Voom button>press green button>go to systems settings>choose the #1 option and play around with the screen sizes...

call again and choose the first option (dial #1), they'll answer right away

Choose the #1 option (service activation option) when calling the 1-800-GET-VOOM number, thats the only way you can get in touch with them. The same thing happened to me. Apparently, they only want to talk to potential costumers and not with the ones that want to cancel it........
