I recently went through the upgrade process. Had a new HR21-700 installed. I can pick up the 101, 110, 119, and 99b. The 103b is zeros across the board. I do have a large tree (pics attached) on the property line with my neighbor. I am going to get some tree work done. I need to know how much and what section of the tree to take out. I have checked dishpointer.com to get the general direction of the 103. But my installer told me that the 103b was a hard right to pick it up (further left of the 119). I am in the 61554 zip. Any help would be appreciated.

If 103b is Spaceway1, not everyone will "see it", as it is spotbeam only. If your DMA HD LiL is retransmitted from there then you will "see it", otherwise you will only see DirecTV10 (I assume 103a) from that orbital slot; as it is the CONUS satellite. 99b should be Spaceway2; and also a spotbeam only satellite; also broadcasting specific DMAs and not seen by everyone. The new satellite this spring will be DirecTV11; 99a, and it will be the CONUS satellite at the 99° orbital slot.

What is your DMA and are you sure what SAT you should see and not see? ... and finally, are you missing any channels? If not, then why worry?

DTV 10 is what I'm looking for. Right now I do not get any of the MPEG-4 channels. As far as the LiL's those are not available in HD for my DMA as of yet. My question is simply which is correct, what I have found of dishpointer.com or what my installer is telling me as they conflict. Secondly, what part and how much of the tree should I take out because of line of sight to DTV 10?

I have some new photos that may help. BBCs are connected multiswitch is a WB68. I am getting the same signals on tuner 2 as posted for tuner 1. DMA 61554.
