Amen. It looked like desperation to me. Foul? Oh sure. I guess every time he flops on the ground someone blows a whistle. I do not know how you make such a bologna call and send a playoff game into OT. Paul Pierce sure didnt get calls like that in BOS v Magic series.

Wow, what an amazing game. It took your breath away from start to finish! One of the best games I've ever seen.

Amazing shot by Rashard Lewis at the end coming off the Howard screen, turning and launching, barely squaring up. Wow.

Lebron James hitting the free throws with 0.5 left. Personally I didn't think it was a foul, it was more their legs getting tangled together, but he still gets credit for hitting two pressure shots.

After hitting all those threes in regulation the Magic start OT by feeding Howard down low, and he takes a few bad shots. Then later in OT, with Varejao unwilling to commit his sixth foul, Howard takes over with some angry dunks.

Lebron's ridiculous three to bring them within one. Lewis misses one of two, then I thought for sure Lebron's heave was going in at the buzzer.

Wow, what a game. This is what sports is all about.

Me too I was ready to erupt. I just wish they had another timeout so they could have advanced the ball.

I dont think so. If he hits his FTs AND the rest of the team stays unconscious at the 3-pt line, then we likely lose....i don't see the magic hitting 17 3s while shooting ~50% again, though.

They shot 55% in game one and 50% in last nights game. So they have done it twice.

Again...you guys seem to not grasp the fact that whether they are shooting 60% from 3-point range or 30% ...they are gonna shoot alot of 3s. THAT IS THEIR GAME. .....HOT o NOT....

I grasp that fact. If they're shooting 30%, however, I like the Cavs chances.

No kidding...he tripped over his over feet and the ball went out of bounds off his hands....quite possibly the clincher that showed me the NBA desperately wants Lebron in the Finals.

Every time I hear about 'Orlando should have been up 3-0," I realize something:

Orlando could have been trailing this series 3-1- they earned game 3, but easily could have lost games 1 and 4 if Rashard Lewis hadn't saved their bacon with those late threes.

in order to keep my sanity, I'm trying everything in my will to stay optimistic. It certainly beats the other option.

I know what it's like to stay optimistic in the face of a team in trouble- I lived in Buffalo when they made their 32-point comeback against the Oilers.

Exactly. 3 games have come down to the final shot. This has been an extremely close series. The Magic deserve all the credit in the world and I'm not going to be bitter, but the fact of the matter is they are shooting lights out, while the Cavs remain cold and we STILL almost won 3 games. Take a look at some numbers I dug up.....

The Magic made 17 three pointers in a game twice this year, and they won those games by 32 points and 23 points. (Last night the Magic made 17 three's and the Cavs took them to OT.) The Magic shot over 40% from the three 30 times in the regular season. They went 27-3 in those games, with an average margin of 13.93 points. They've shot over 40% from three in this series 3 times. In those 3 games, the Cavaliers have lost by one point, won a game, and took them to overtime before losing by 2 in the third. The Cavaliers are not playing awful. The Magic are just a great team, built for just this.

I'm not giving up on this team. Not yet.

After the game I was beside myself in grief and anger over the heartbreaking loss, but now that I've collected myself a little bit, I don't want to let this team go. I have loved this team with all of my heart all season long. I have never loved a professional sports team like I have loved this team. This team was bred for greatness, and they played with a swagger that was beyond infectious. This was a fun loving bunch who played the game with a passion and togetherness that is rarely seen in the arena of paid sports. And above all else, this team won. They had the best regular season record. They had the MVP and Coach of the Year.

Game 5 is a chance for the Cavaliers to establish a foundation for a miraculous comeback. I don't know whether or not they'll get it done. They probably won't. But I refuse to let my spirit be 100% broken until the Magic have officially won 4 games in this series.

LeBron is no ball hog. Have you ever watched his games? He looks to distribute even before he thinks about passing. He averages near a triple double every night! He has the uncanny ability to make everyone around him better. We've seen this during the regular season and in the first two playoff series'. It's not his fault his team is not stepping up.

And LeBron's not taking more shots than usual either. Instead, the increase in numbers is him actually become MORE efficient if that's even possible. During the playoffs, LBJ is shooting 52% from the field (36 ppg in the playoffs and 42 ppg in the Orlando series). He's distributing the ball to his teammates as much as he can. His teammates just aren't knocking down shots. Despite his team being ice-cold from the field, he's somehow still managing 7 assists per game, the same average from the regular season.
