WCHA leading the way with 5 teams :)

Dont like how they put WCHA teams in same bracket to beat up on each other

Not happy with UMD being out east (cant go to game) but that might help them as they havent seen the other teams. Also the game is LIVE on TV too :)
But have a feeling some of the other games will be farmed out to FSN North, FSN Rocky Mtn or FSN Detroit (the ones not on TV live)

couple thoughts
-BC fans are probably whining as they actually have to hop a plane to see their team (they usually get the E or NE regional)
-Miami must be pissed. Playing NH the 4 seed literally in their (NH) backyard

This struck me odd also.

UNH is about a 30 minute drive to Manchester. How do they get the #1 seed in a virtual "home" game? No doubt about it....Miami got screwed here!

Right down the road from me - might have to go to root on the Elis taking down the the Minny duh-loof road apples. :)

they might be picked up by other outlets. Besides ESPN3 it is on "ESPN syndication" which means other stations can pick up the feed (for a fee probably)

some of the games that are on ESPN3 only are being picked up by other media outlets

per NCAA hockey twitter

North Dakota-RPI game to be shown live on WDAY-Fargo, WDAZ-Grand Forks, KBMY-Bismarck, KMCY-Minot
North Dakota-RPI also on MASN and Time Warner Upstate
UNO-Michigan will be live on Comcast Detroit, Altitude and Time Warner Upstate
Notre Dame-Merrimack will be live on Comcast Chicago, Comcast South Bend, Time Warner Upstate and Comcast New England
Western Michigan-Denver to be live on Altitude and Time Warner Upstate

Added the TV stuff from the main post...here is the update

we knew local affiliates would grab the games that are internet only.....yeah they're on ESPNU but tape delayed late at night so these other options help

huh...the DVR's gonna get a workout this weekend :)

I'm pumped that Notre Dame-Merrimack is on CSNNE Saturday night! :up (I think Merrimack is a sleeper in this tournament).

Ice: could you please edit the Northeast Regional Final. I neglected to type ESPNU as the broadcaster. :)
