2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs

Well, the Wings are done.
Nashville moves on .... I hope they continue to get the goaltending they got in this series, Rinne was phenomenal.

Typically, the team the Wings lose to, don't go too much farther.

Good luck Nashville !

While the wings don't leave the first round often, I think it's time to take a look at making some changes to the roster, they will have some cap space.

Saturday's schedule........

Capitals at Bruins- Series tied 2-2- 3:00pm ET (NBC)
Devils at Panthers- Series tied 2-2- 6:30pm ET (NHLN)
Senators at Rangers- Series tied 2-2- 7:00pm ET (NBCSN)
Sharks at Blues- St. Louis leads series 3-1- 7:30pm ET (CNBC)
Blackhawks at Coyotes- Phoenix leads series 3-1- 10:00pm ET (NBCSN)

Ottawa knocks off the Rangers in Game 5 to go up 3-2 in the series.

We could very well see a 5 vs. 8 and 6 vs. 7 scenario in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Sunday's schedule.........

Penguins at Flyers- Philly leads series 3-2- 12:00pm ET (NBC)
Bruins at Capitals- Washington leads series 3-2- 3:00pm ET (NBC)
Kings at Canucks- LA leads serie 3-1- 8:00pm ET (NBCSN)

Pens are out

:whoo:

Sorry but they were one of the teams that I wanted to see an early out.

So far out of the 5 teams I wanted to make an early exit only one of them are out.

Blues - advanced
Penguins - out
Bruins - Game 7
Kings - Game 5 with 3 - 1 lead
Nashville - Advanced

That's not nice, just because your team can't win. Lol
