301 problems

I started having problems with my DP301 ever since 8/8 when they did a software update for the DP311 any coincidence? signal comes and goes, hook up another receiver and it works fine.?? Is there a new 301 software update? if so what version? maybe my 301 didn't take the update.

Best bet is to have the 301 swapped out for a 311 as they are phasing out the 301.

well maybe that is what they did fry the 301 with the new 311 update.

The 301 hasn't had a software update since 9/2010 (P4.53 and P4.39 are the current versions)

The 311 update should not have had any effect on the 301's performance
