What are the two dishes?
What are you trying to receive?
In the US, shipping a 39" dish almost always costs more.
Are you planning on putting the dish on a wimpy little motor?
If all things are equal, then of course go for the larger dish.

As Anole suggested, check the shipping cost. On larger dishes, this can easily equal or exceed the cost of the dish itself.
