3D Adapter for Samsung

Does anyone here know if samsung will be coming out with a 3D adapter for their older 3D ready sets? I also have a Mitsubishi set and just got the adapter and it works great and only took a couple of minutes to hook up.Tried on my Samsung but a message said it does not work with their sets

I have a relatively recent Sammy LCD, but it wasn't labeled "3D ready." Nice to know if we had such an option, though.

Maybe they'd rather sell us new sets than support old ones.
