This morning i was playing around with the 4k joey making sure it worked... it got slow and laggy and it threw off a black screen while in the guide mode it displayed the video in the right hand corner... i tried hitting the back button to try and back out of it and nothing. so i unplugged it and made it go through a reboot after it loaded back up it's fine now... this is the second time i had to do a hard reboot this week on it. i am wondering if it's just starting to fail... just hope it don't go out during the holidays. i have no issues with ordering another joey 4. i did notice the guide likes to freeze now and then as well.. i will more than likely get another joey 4 and cut my losses with this thing
