Talked to csr about a week ago their trying to tell me you have to have them install you can't do it your self what is the big deal with them doing it!

Some were able to do their own, I did my own. Some were told by CSR's they had to wait for the installer.
No one quite knows why.
You do have a better chance of activating it yourself if you speak directly to a HD tech CSR.
