622 Reboots Itself 3 Times Per Week

That is a rough estimate but it is shutting down and rebooting itself at least 3 times per week. Sometimes it is more. It is in a well ventilated area so overheating should not be because of location. Also, it sometimes mis-labels recordings. Several will bear the same name but actually be different recordings. Anyone else have this problem?

I will be calling Tech service. Just wondered.

Same here! Push menu-6-3-counters, and tell me what your counters read on the first 6 lines.

I had customer service replce my 622 when this was happening to me. They replaced the 622 and the problem went away. However, the HDMI port does not work on the new unit. I would rather use the component video feeds than have the unit reboot 1-2 times per day.

Mine reboots every nite at 3:00 am but that is what it is supposed to do. Are you talking about something else?
