7 day Electronic Program Guide

Which satellites have the capability of feeding a 7 day Electronic Program guide, I know for sure 119 and 72.7, any others

just those 2 do
the rest is a 44 hour guide

if you look here it tells you what channel/EPG is where

This may seem like a silly question, but is there a way to get the 7 day guide rather than the 44 hour guide?

To get the 7 day guide you need to have a DVR.

Non DVR receivers are limited to the 44 hour guide.

That wasnt a silly question....I wondered the same when I had just receivers and not DVR's

Actually, it's a 9 day guide...

But now, I've got a similar question - when you add the external hard drive to a 211k, does it then start receiving the 9-day guide, or are you still limited to the 2 day guide?

Yes, the 211K will start receiving guide info for 9 days. I have one and it's great!

I have two 211s with external hard drives and get the 9 day listings. I would assume it's the same for the 211k.

Just activated one this morning. As soon as it formatted the external drive it downloaded the 9 day guide.
