I just got a 741U c band lnb and when i hook it up to my pansat the screen goes blank and cannot see the menu from the pansat unit. I hooked up a KU band LNB and it is fine. Do i have a bad lnb and how do i tell.

I have a DMX741 standard and it has been working very well for me on both c and ku. The setup is alittle different with the 741u compared to the standard.maybe you just have some setting wrong!Im sure someone will be around to help.
I have both the DMX741 & the DMX741U...They both work fine.

perazzimx I just noticed! are you trying to use a 741 with a 36" dish? If so i have heard that the 741 will not do so good with a dish less than 6 ft
No, but i got it on my new 6' wsi special and found out what was wrong and i have it fixed. Wating on a FS1.
Got my FS1 meter i have signal, but can not get a lock i have the lnb to the lnb and recv. to recv. and i have heard that the 22K has to be on the FS1 and so if this is true. Please let me know. thanks for your help so far.
