Guess the outside antenna stays up... WGXAD is ABC, and that's where the race from Bristol is on Saturday night.

I was hoping for the space for more amateur radio antennas!

We don't watch a LOT of OTA, but for the Macon market... geez, what a waste. WMGT's NBC quality is horrible, as they've never managed to balance it with the My sub channel properly... so basically, Macon got CBS HD...

May have to "move" to Atlanta or Columbus.

I believe that this was done on a win-win basis - due to Mad Men, AMC wants higher ratings, and Dish adds 14 million subscribers .... people are now choosing not to watch SD programming - in another thread, someone said that he needed PBS-HD because his kids were used to watching their PBS shows in HD.

In contrast, IFC will never ever make the ratings meter even move, and Voom is a long cold relic of the SD era...
