811 no HD

My 811 upgraded to 386 I think it was last night. But something happened that I lost all my HD channels. They don't show in my guide. What could have happened. Thx

First try a reset...if that doesn't help, run a check switch. Make sure you are getting the HD satellite appropriate for you (129 or 61.5).

I didn't check to see what software version my 811 just went to, but I regained my local OTA guide and lost three OTA stations. I rescanned and it found two of the lost channels and lost two more. The dreaded software update has struck again!
