8300HDC boxes have no two-way communication:

At around 7pm last night all of my boxes have two-way communication and they all work perfectly with On Demand content both SD and HD. Whatever was done they did end up fixing this issue within a somewhat timely fashion. It still shouldn't have taken as long for someone to take these issues to the proper level though. Now I'm just waiting for more HDTV channels and Starz On Demand and Encore On Demand and I'll be one happy camper.

Oh, btw, don't feel too bad. BHN here lost ALOT of money during the last WWE pay-per-view! It never turned ON!!!! 2 mins into the pre-show, the screen went black. 10 mins later, a red box with please stand by, experiencing technical difficulties pops on the screen and stays there for 5 hours! DOH!
