942 Disappearing analog channels

I live in the Chicago area and have had the 942 for about a month. It has worked perfectly until this week. The main Chicago local analog channels are missing from the guide. When I scan for local channels, it will find them all but again not visible in the guide. If I try to enter the number of the channel,for example 002-0, it goes to the digital channel 002-1.The uhf local channels are present and I can tune to them but not the vhf channels. I've done two soft reboots without any change. If anyone has a solution I would appreciate a response. Thanks much.
