well come to find out it was my reciever I had a 905 reciever in the closet that someone gave me and hooked it up. works good but I think the battery is dead loses everything when unpluged. so on to the next problem. I'll do some reading .
 
Sorry its not a 905 but a 920.

hope it isn't the battery, otherwise it will have lost it's Unit ID which is needed for subbing :(

To check:
Options>6>5

Check Line A - there should be a 12 digit Unit ID - this number is also on a sticker on the back of the receiver, hope they match!

I think ATS can fix it if you send it to them Services

ATS has no more replacement motherboards for the 920's.
