A List Customer ??

My HD service was turned on July 12 and today I called D* to deactivate a old SD box, the CSR thanked me for being one of their A List Customers. Not sure what this realy means I did not get this last week when I called to order the new HD equipment. And now the only difference in my account is Im a HD customer.

I have heard discussion on the hearts progeam but never heard A list before. Anyone know what this means?

If you get paper mail, you should have gotten something saying you were an A-list customer. Or the CSR was just on crack.
