OTHER Add new satellites to a Freesat 7 receiver?

How do I add new satellites to a Freesat 7 FTA receiver? I think my existing antenna is pointed at either Galaxy-19 or SES-3 (hard to tell without going up a ladder), but these satellites are not on the satellite list that comes with the receiver. How do I add them?

IIRC you have to load them into a text file on a flash drive. Then, you put the flash drive in the USB port in the V7 and import the list. It's been along time since I have done that, but I believe there are some predefine lists (for North America) available online.
