Adding a HD-DVR very confussed!

Do you know this for a FACT

Yeah I bought 2 of the R22's from newegg, updated the software and now they're HD DVR's. They're cheaper than ordering the regular (no DVR) HD box from D*. :up

It's a fact....with ox34c you will get HD, but you must have HD already on the account and turn on the HD channels (hide HD channels is enabled by default in the menu)........I hate to link to the other guys....but here goes:

Yeah I switched the box over to the HD channels last night and it works.

You updated the software, are you talking about the CE software ?

Like many other things, I hope your not counting on that being the case forever, seeing the often put data into the CE stream and remove it later , hope that doesn't happen, but it could.
