I just wanted to laugh and let everyone know I am on my 3rd CSR
using the online chatting system. They have no idea on what
is happening with this Turbo HD. The current CSR is telling me that
they don't offer DDA with turbo hd. A previous one told me my bill
was $79 for Turbo HD silver. The incompetence of these CSR's is
amazing. I have to hold their hand and give them links to their
own website. I may just have to call and deal with the incompetence
instead of typing online to them.

I switched to TurboHD at the end of December via CEO. Even they did not know that you could add DDA to it. I sent them a link to a post here ... A few hours later I had DDA Turbo HD Gold ;)

With that being said ... this Dish web page clearly states that DDA can be added to any TurboHD for $10.

DVR Advantage. DDA is a newer reference and it is confusing.

I was told I would lose my regional sports network channel if I switched to Turbo Hd Gold. Is that the truth?

That was true of the old HD Absolute package. Under the TurboHD plans you get to keep both the HD and SD channel of your regional sports net.
