Looks like the FOX channels will be removed from Time Warner.

Time Warner is now telling people how to hook up their PC's to their computers to watch FOX TV shows via Hulu and Fancast.

Wow, how times have changed. Last time TWC had a dispute with a broadcaster (Disney/ABC as I recall) they were informing their subscribers how to hook up an antenna to their TV. Either way it opens up their subscribers' eyes to other possibilities. All the other providers will try to capitalize on it right away if FOX does go dark, of that I am sure.

edit: Just watched the video. Now I understand why they informed people how to hook a computer up to the TV instead of an antenna. They made it so complicated as to discourage people from doing it. Hooking up an antenna is too easy.

They did the same in 2008 here in the Buffalo area, when they were battling with LIN TV Stations. In fact, they even provided subs with a free antenna.

They never pulled the plug on the fox channels here and it is good to see that they reached an agreement. They are in still contract negotiations with Scripps though for Food and GAC here in the Buffalo Area.

I wonder how much people's bills will go up as a result after this fiasco. FOX will see how much Time Warner gave in and will DEMAND the same from the other providers.
