This morning all future scheduled shows dissapered. My recodings are there and I have 53% free on my hard drive. I called diectv and the woman had no idea what I was talking about. I called back and got another person who did diagnostiics but no issues. All they want to do is send a new HR-54 reciever. I would loose all my recordings. My Manager is still there. Any ideas?
