Can you post photos of where you drilled the holes and what size are the holes? I wonder if the problem can be solved by replacing the capacitors with quality Japanese brands like Panasonic, Rubycon, Nichicon, United Chemi-Con as they probably use the cheap stuff which is rated to 85C and not 105C.
