District 9 is another (after Che) Hollywood movie made using the RED ONE, i.e. the movie was never anything but digital bits.

Whoever still pays attention to the picture quality (as opposed to plot and acting) will definitely like it.

My wife and kids loved it, but I just couldn't get past the low quality CGI. The worst example being the wide shots outside the North Pole.
