Any Pens Fans in Cleveland with DISH & NHL Network

Is there anyone that has DISH NETWORK is Cleveland that has the NHL Network & NHL Center ICE. If so, can you tell me if you were able to watch the Pens games last Friday, Wednesday and tonight as they were carried by the NHL network. I have DirecTv plus Center ICE and the NHL Network in Cleveland and they were blacked out (which is weird because i am never blacked out of Penguins games). However, my father-in-law who lives in town has Time Warner and was not blacked out so i went over his house to watch. I am trying to find out if DISH carried the game or was blacked out.
