I've seen the following Star Trek films in HD:

Star Trek 3 on Universal
Star Trek 4 on HBO/Showtime
Star Trek 5 on HBO/Showtime
Star Trek 6 on HBO/Showtime
Star Trek 7 on HBO/Showtime
Star Trek 8 on Universal
Star Trek 9 on HBO/Showtime

Universal had commercials.

Only Star Trek movies I have not seen in HD are the original and first sequel.

Well, one good thing about going to MPEG-4 will be the storage requirements for the movies will be 1/2 to 2/3 on the HBO/SHO and HDNetMovie shows. It does mean that I will need to re-record a lot of movies.

I have 3 750GB disks for movies (over 400 movies since many are SD--TCM) and 1 for series but as my IMDB threshold for saving movies is now 7.6 of 10 it seems only one qualifies and is the only HD one on these 2 weeks, maybe.
