Yup,

I am having them come out again next week to fix this and am also getting a 30" dish as well. Hopefully goodbye rain fade.

I should hopefully have my problem fix friday. I also did call voom back and asked to be upgraded to a 24-inch dish while he was out there fixing my diplexor/LNB problem.
