It comes with Linux Mint Mate 20.2 and you can boot and run it off the "Live" DVD without having to install the operating system on your computer. I've run it but haven't gotten into it all that much to see what type of programming is available on it but it does work cuz I just tried it on my laptop.

And BTW, I'm running Mint 20.2 on this computer from a 32GB USB Sandisk flash drive but I don't have hypnotix installed on this system at this time.

Just saying...............

I couldn't find it in the official repositories for Ubuntu 20.04. I had to add the PPA. It seems to work but it is very slow buffering. The volume control doesn't seem to work within the app (other than mute).

I tried using this app for about an hour but kept getting freezes so I'm removing it.
