Apple is expected to announce new iPads and most likely new MacBook Pro's with Haswell.

I am happy with my Macbook Pro that I got last October.

Although good movement in the new Macbook Pros today.

I'm pretty sure that's up to 1 TB of SSD storage. I don't even want to know how much they will charge for that. I'm sure you can put a bigger standard HDD in there.

The idle power consumption is impressive for the type of machine it is.

Nope from what they shown there is no place to put in another drive. But I guess you can always do external storage.

Maybe the configuration options will have a way to pick a standard HDD instead of SSD. If not I totally agree. The base unit for almost $3000 comes with only 256GB SSD. I know people swear by SSD but on a desktop I'd rather have 1-2 TB of HDD than a small SSD.
