Are there more HD channels on the way?

There are to many of these "threads". I don't have time to read them all.

A statement like this is not going to endear you to the rest of the group here. As was pointed out by others, this has been discussed in many other threads.

The short answer is that there are rumors flying around about possible new HD to go with the price increase, but nothing solid. So, like the rest of us, you'll just have to wait and see.

When I called Dish the other day to bitch about the poor HD selection they offered me 3 free months HD and said new Hd coming Feb 1, woudl not say what. I was talking to an account specialist, not the normal CSR.

Poop, basically all the other threads about this topic say the same thing: We all want those channels, nobody knows for sure when they're going to be added, most of us are kinda getting pretty impatient (if not downright pissed) about it, and a few are even jumping ship.

So don't take it personally and welcome. All us Dish folks are in the same boat.

It would be easy for them to ignore a post that they didn't want to contribute to, and let others give answer your question but then said #*!clowns would have to get a life other than busting the chops of anyone that doesn't actually spend all of there time here.

The name-calling is really unnecessary.

Part of the problem with these threads is they all look like attempts to start a thread that explodes into 9000 replies and 1280000 views, since that is what would happen if new channels are added shortly after the thread is created. People seem to want to be "the one that started it" when it comes to huge threads, or "the OFFICIAL thread" for whatever.

Whether that's actually the case for each of the ones started about this topic, I'm in no position to decide, but I know that kind of thing happens.

Yeah, you guys don't need to $hit on poop. The best thing you can do around here is wait each week for the uplink reports. This week, IMO would be the week something would happen. It's almost 1PM, Drum-roll for Digi.........
