I am close to Lafayette,La,no local yet,using winegard gs2000,got it for free when i was with Voom, DISH MOUNT WM200 with 8 anchors (2x3/8 L from Lowes)

You'd be much better off mounding the antenna to the back of the house on an eaves mount or on a tripod on the roof. If you are not experienced with roof mounting, the eaves mount is the answer.

It appears that he didn't bring all 4 feeds from the dish out the arm. Not too big of a deal- it's just going to be a minor annoyance to anyone who comes out to install additional outlets at your residence. Whoever that is, they'll probably have to realign the dish when they do it.
Otherwise, it looks like some nice work!
