Audio Out Of Sync

I just received my D* HR22-100. From time to time, the audio is out of sync with the picture. It can be on the local channels or the nationals. It can be from very slightly out to almost 1/2 of a second off. Is there any way to correct this? I used to see this on my previous box, a D* Tivo SD box, but not nearly as much as with the HR22-100.

Sometimes changing the channel or a reboot will fix it, not always though.

Unplug the unit for a few minutes (about 2 or so) - sometimes clearing the "cache" and doing a fresh restart will clear this up.
