Auto Pay and paperless billing perks????

Hi,

Just wondering whether direct tv has any perks for signing up for auto pay and paperless billing? Like Dish has cinemax for a penny deal. Thanks.

They may but I don't know of any. I don't like "auto-pay" on any of my bills so I don't do it with DirecTV. Had that set up a few years ago with my car insurance and it got maxed screwed up by the company to the point where they were transferring the money but posting it to the wrong account. Got the nasty gram that they were canceling my insurance for non-payment. Took me, the bank, and what turned out to be an embarrassed insurance company an hour on the phone to correct. Never again.

I saw where they offered me a one-time $5.00 off. Not worth it to me. Keep killing those regrowable trees.

I have my bill charged to my American Express. That way if it ever gets screwed up (which it hasn't so far), American Express will go to bat for me.

I think that they have a Go Green offer right now, which nabs you a $20 one time credit for signing up for paperless billing and autopay. Check it out on the web site.
