Time Warner does not do that. If you get a simple HD-DVR, it is an addtional $21/mo. They price it PER box. See the pricing in previous post.

I would say it's the exception that Cable does not charge for the first box. But I also did forget if On Demand is important Cable is much better for that.

you must live in a nice area. Here in Minneapolis its 17.95 (Comcast) for a HD DVR....even the 1st
