Battery Question about my 4dtv receiver

Would a Tadiran TL-5955 2/3AA Wire 3.6V Lithium Thionyl Battery from ebay work for a battery in a 4dtv 920 receiver? My battery checks out to be okay, but I'm thinking on replace it anyway.

Yes. Be sure to order the one with wire leads.

Only problem with eBay is how old are the new ones??

I would order from digikey they always have new stock since they sell a lot of them.
