How do you pull in paypal on an ebay issue? Or are you opening a separate issue with pp?

Grab the popcorn. It just gets better. After waiting 3 weeks and having so much anticipation I get the motor today.

Just one small problem! Dude altered the motor shaft! He sent me one that was at leasy a quarter inch to big! Maybe more! Unbelievable! I have bought several of these same model motors before and never seen one with a head like this one! Filed ANOTHER complaint and getting a return. Now stuck having to find another motor! At this poiny I will pay overnight to get it asap. Any suggestions.

Suggestion :
Try somewhere Else ....

The Electoria listings state that the motor has a 50mm throat size and not the 42mm, which the GeoSatPro 90cm requires. It appears that you received the advertised item and did not order a motor with the correct tube diameter.

Easy to overlook advice in these longer threads.... Anyone have a spare motor to sell or any suggestions?
I talked to him and told him i had a 36 and he said he had the sleeves for a 36.

How fitting. He changed his listing. Lol. He said he had 42 and 50 depending on what size you needed. Wow! Now it says 50 only.

FYI... Both of these listings show to be last updated December, 2025. In this case, you should provide the email or other proof to Ebay, where the seller promised something different than the item listing. In your favor, the photo shows a 42mm model and the description indicates a 50mm model.

In my experience, Ebay compares the seller's listing to the buyer's claim. This listing provides conflicting information on the item (photos vs description).

Good luck with the claim!

Thank you! Yes I never seen a moteck sg2100 that was too large for a 36! Lol.

The 42mm tube diameter was the most common. When I sold an OEM Moteck 2100 model, we offered the customer a choice for the tube diameter. Some customers ordered both sizes. Threw away a few hundred excess inventory tubes a few years ago...

Looking at the crazy retail prices these motors are fetching in the current market, I'm tempted to bring in a few pallets with the next container of LNBFs. :coco

I may be ordering a lnb from you. I need to look at your store. Lol.

Bought a motor 8 days ago and still not even shipped! He said it takes 20 days! Ebay already had it to be delivered by today! Guy orders and then sends to you. He needs to put the 20 day wait on his ads! Also his "39 dish" is really about 35 wide! Horrible seller!

Well Ebay is refunding me and wouldnt you know it the seller sent me a fake usps return label! Wow! Thank God I took it inside first to a clerk. They said he sent a fraudulent label and it would have been bounced around and "lost" long enough where my return time would have passed and no refund!

Ebay sent me a real one and now it sent back. Beware of this guy! Electorica on Ebay. His dishes are not 39", but more like 35 too. The motor wasnt even new either.
