billing help!!!

I'm looking at my bill that was due the 21st. I am missing my ST $10/off credit and my HD For Life credit! What's up?!:rant:

I would imagine you'll get the one for this month as well as the one for next month..

Yes credits normally cycle 2 days before the bill. so your on the 21st meaning credit would of fell right there on the 19th during the time we had an issue with credits posting.


On the August check the balance online might of been fix already if not it will show up next month .
