Sorry if its a repost. But does anyone know if they are working on 99/103 slots for Ka/Ku tuning on a Birdog. Of course we still can peake these using 101 signals, but it would make it so much easier.

Also, anyone have any great tuning tips for Ka/Ku second generation, thats not already on the instructions

I was told there are reasons why you don’t want to peak on the 99 or 103Ka birds. Something about an error depending on where you are in the country and peaking at 101 minimizes the error. What’s wrong with the current method and using an affordable meter?
