birmingham hd/sd locals

i'm in zip code 38732 in mississippi and currently get my hd locals from nashville, but can't receive sd locals because i'm obviously out of the spotbeam. if i "moved" to birmingham, would i be able to pick up both sd and hd locals? thanks in advance.
 
check the signal strength on transponder 9 from 119 degrees. if it is decent, a "move" to birmingham would get you both their SD and HD locals. according to the spotbeam map that james long has compiled, you are right in the fringe area where it might work. to see the map, go here:

then click on the link with transponder id (TID) 89. the link you want is this one:

but it won't load up unless it is referred from his page or you edit the http referer tag using a proxy as described here:
