Blu Ray HD burning

I'm about ready to embark on Blu Ray burning here.

I found this deal and wonder if anyone has tried them-

Says they are compatible with my drive which is a SW-5583 by Panasonic. Price is at $4.99ea for 20 and they are Inkjet printable.

Any better deals out there?

I'm surprised at that price, especially the per 100 price. Mostly I see 'em for a buck or so more per disk (Memorex/Amazon).

At this point, is there any qualitative difference in the brands? How many plants actually produce these things?

I've been considering getting an HD camcorder for work (& some home use). That's $250 to 10 or more times that price. Another $250 for a burner. And then a few bucks per disk, and count on making a few coasters first. As the costs tote up, my enthusiasm dwindles.

So, blaze that trail, pop a few arrows out of your back, and let us know what you learned.
