Almost half of all BDs ever sold, were sold in the first 4 months of this year.

And also: "There are more than 6 million Blu-ray players in the North American market alone (PS3 and stand-alone) – that’s up 50% from the 4 million just four months ago in December."

Are we back to counting all PS3's again? That logic makes for cute stats but it's disingenuous.

Using VGChartz figures, which from what I understand aren't remarkable accurate but are corrected when actual figures come out... since December... almost 3.6 million PS3s have been sold.
