Broken 622, 722 receivers

Hi I have a few receives that are not working for various conditions...(HD died, power surge, etc.)

What is the best way to get them repaired?

Do you own them or lease them? If you are leasing them, have Dish replace them. If you own them, I'm not sure of any way to repair them.
