By Mail Queue Problem (1 Viewer)

I was a Blockbuster through the mail member several years ago, but I eventually cancelled the service. When I reactivated my account by adding the Blockbuster Movie Pass, my old queue of movies was still there from several years back. I deleted everything fro the queue and added new movies to it. So far, all the movies they keep sending me are from my old, deleted queue. I have called and e-mailed several times, but no one seems to be able to do anything about it (they keep telling me that they will notify someone to handle it, but I keep getting movies from my deleted queue). Has anyone else had this problem?
