I just ordered a C41W and I was told it has to be installed. Can it be plugged in and then authorized or does a tech need to come out?

The W is the wireless version. If you haven't had wireless setup already they probably required a truck roll. Did you want wireless?

Do you have a Wireless Video Bridge? If not, you'll need to do a truck roll.
