caller ID on 721

For the last couple of weeks, my 721 doesn't bring up the caller ID popup, nor does it keep track of the caller ID history. I've checked & double checked the "enable" setting, but to no avail. I'm guessing a software update glitch, but was wondering if anybody else had any ideas. Far as I can tell, everything else is performing normally...
 
The DP721 Software has not been updated since the end of May.

The modem might be hungup. There is a Hardware Modem inside the DP721.

Put it in Standby first before pulling power cord.

I would try pulling the power cord on the DP721 and pulling the phone cord out of the back. Wait 30 secs or a minute. Reconnect everything and see what happens.

Try doing the Diagnostics Phone Line Connection Test.
